Kendra Holloway, MS, CCC-SLP & Clinic Director Kendra created ClearTalk Speech and Language in 2014 with the mission to provide quality, individualized treatment for children. Over the years, the practice has changed and grown to include more service-minded professionals and offer more therapy options, with the goal of being able to help more families in our community. In 2021, ClearTalk Speech and Language changed its name to Columbia Pediatric Therapy to reflect the change and growth in services offered. Kendra currently serves as the Clinic Director of Columbia Pediatric Therapy. Kendra completed her undergraduate degree in Speech Language Pathology from Brigham Young University and her Masters in Speech Language Pathology from the University of Utah. She has completed advanced training in Oromyofunctional therapy by Linda D'Onofrio, PECS training, and Lidcombe program of stuttering. Kendra enjoys spending time with her husband, 4 kids, and various farm animals. Grace Christensen, MS, CCC-SLP Grace became a Speech Language Pathologist because she loves the way the profession combines aspects of psychology, problem solving, and helping others. She loves that it allows her to build relationships and that every day is a little different, seeing improvements over time and celebrating that progress with them! Grace graduated from the University of Portland in Psychology and earned her Masters in Speech Language Pathology from Washington State University. Grace has worked in the outpatient and school settings. Grace has advanced SLP training in the PROMPT program and myofunctional therapy by Linda D'Onofrio. Ania Brown, MS, CCC-SLP Ania's background is with the early Head Start program, as an in-home parent educator. She worked with SLPs in that setting and decided she also wanted to help kids express who they are and what they want! Ania earned her undergraduate degree from Portland State University in Child and Family Studies and her graduate degree from Pacific University in Speech Language Pathology. Ania has previous experience at the Pacific University cleft palate clinic, post-acute rehab, and school settings. Ania has advanced training in lactation consulting, craniosacral training from the Upledger Institute, and myofunctional training by Linda D'Onofrio. Ania enjoys spending time with her husband, three kids and their dog. They enjoy hiking and kayaking. Brynn Lydum, MS, CF-SLP Brynn grew up in Seattle and completed her undergraduate degree in Neurobiology from University of Washington--Seattle, where she also studied Spanish and Portuguese language. She earned her master's in Speech Language Pathology from California State University--East Bay, where she enjoyed working with many multilingual and culturally diverse clients. Brynn has oromyofunctional training with Linda D'Onofrio, experience working with Autism Spectrum Disorder from preschool through young adult, and special interest in using AAC to support emerging verbal skills in a total communication approach. Brynn has also supported child development by teaching swimming lessons and youth circus arts. She enjoys travel, social dance, capoeira, surfing, swimming with a mermaid tail, and training her cat to speak. Isabella Alongi Burmeister, MA, CCC-SLP Isabella ("Bella") enjoys integrating all facets of each individual's life into their therapy - tying in what is important to the child and their family. Bella has extensive experience working with individuals with Autism, those who communicate or supplement communication with AAC, and with individuals ages 1-21 with a variety of needs and skillsets. Her goal is to highlight each individual's strengths and interests to create a fun learning environment and to support the growth of their communication and interaction skills. Bella completed programs at the University of Washington for undergraduate studies (2011) and University of Colorado at Boulder for graduate studies (2013). She loves doing art, exploring the outdoors with family, and playing with her pup, Charlie. Mira Chetlen, MS, CCC-SLP Mira earned her undergraduate and master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from San Francisco State University. Her experience includes working in outpatient, non-profit, and school services with young children to young adults. She believes that each child and family deserve an individualized and caring approach to therapy. In Mira’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and cats. She also likes fitness, taking walks, and reading a book with a good cup of coffee. Natalie Gardner, SLPA Natalie graduated from Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa, CA with an Associates of Science in Speech Language Pathology Assisting. She emphasizes the importance of children learning to communicate and express themselves and she feels so lucky to assist in that process. She has had early intervention training and has worked in school settings. She grew up in southern California, lived in Chicago for 2 years, and now lives in Portland. She enjoys being crafty and in her spare time she loves to paint and go hiking.

Katie Toll, MS, CCC-SLP Katie earned her undergraduate degree in Linguistics from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill and her Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders from East Carolina University.She was drawn to the field of speech-language pathology as a healthcare profession that incorporates empirical science with highly personalized care. She is passionate about supporting children and their families in enriching the quality of their time together, whether through improved communication or more peaceful mealtimes.Katie speaks Spanish and has advanced training in pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders, oromyofunctional therapy by Linda D’Onofrio, assistive and augmentative communication, apraxia, and literacy acquisition.
Katie is a military spouse and mom of three children. She enjoys home improvement projects, traveling, spending time with friends and family, yoga, writing, and cooking with her husband. Brian Woodbury - Occupational Therapist, MOT, OTR/L Brian is a creative thinker and loves to work with parents to come up with ways to help kids reach their potential! Brian graduated with his Bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University and his Master's degree from University of Mary in Bismark, ND. Previous experience includes pediatric outpatient clinics, Life Skills clinic, shock trauma and orthopedics units. Brian is trained in the SOS Feeding approach and STAR Institute trained. Rebekah Juhala - Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, COTA/L Rebekah ("Bekah") has a passion to help children and their families reach their fullest potential by providing advocacy and education; while also giving holistic, evidenced-based, and compassionate care. She loves that occupational therapy is a profession where science, creativity, and compassion collide. Rebekah is trained as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. She also received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Washington State University and a Bachelor of Science in Communicative Disorders at Utah State University. Rebekah adores learning and growing from the wonderful perspective of children. In Rebekah’s free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, baking, and creating fun therapy materials. Samantha Voigt - Occupational Therapist, MOT, OTR/L Samantha ("Sam") received her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of St. Augustine in San Marcos, CA. Sam has experience working with a wide variety of ages and populations in both the clinic and school settings. She has earned certifications in Astronaut Training, Therapeutic Listening, Primitive Reflex Integration, DIR Floortime, and Handwriting Without Tears. Sam believes that a child’s sensory systems are the foundational building blocks for how a child engages in higher level learning and experiences the world around them. It brings Sam so much joy watching a child’s confidence grow as they master new skills and fully participate in the things they love to do!
In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, doing CrossFit, and spending time with her fur child Benji.

Sara Batarseh - Office Administrator Sara earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a certificate in Human Development from Washington State University. She has previous medical office experience. She is a phenomenal help to our therapists and families! Sara loves painting watercolor, playing video games, and producing music in her free time.
Christina Lampert - Office Administrator Christina earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Studies & Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University in 2019. She has experience working as a billing representative and was a massage therapist for over 12 years! Speech therapy was an important part of Christina's childhood as she participated in it for 3 years as a child. Christina loves to read and loves learning as much as she can! She loves spending time with her husband and three grown boys. She also loves listening to true crime podcasts and playing video games!
Michele Johns - Family Financial Liaison Michele has worked in the medical industry for the past 19 years and specifically in medical billing for the last 10 years. She loves the research and problem solving components of medical billing as well as the challenges of keeping up with the constant changes. Michele is a mother of 3 almost grown boys and loves spending time with them. She enjoys cooking, spending time with her boyfriend riding a motorcycle and she really enjoys games!
