Columbia Pediatric Therapy values collaboration amongst peers and sharing a love oflifelong learning. This is practiced through participating in case studies, CEU shares, co-treatments, and observations. We have mentorship systems in place for advanced learning of specialty skills to help support continued growth for our clinicians.
We stand for community involvement and positive impact. We do this through seasonal volunteer opportunities such as annual Giving Tree, Give to Ukraine, community Sensitive Santa, Autism picnic, etc.
Our team provides support in the community by offering in-service learning opportunities, educating our parents, and connecting with other community providers.
