I love the PNW, spending time with my kids and husband, and going to the coast. It's my happy place. Insurance is something I never saw myself loving, but the challenge of it drew me in. I love educating patients and helping them understand their insurance plans so that they can maximize their benefits. Helping others and making people laugh brings me joy.
