Suzanna H. - Billing Lead & Quality Control Specialist

Suzanna joined Columbia Pediatric Therapy in 2023 and leads our billing operations. She handles the work families rarely see but always feel: verifying benefits, submitting claims, tracking authorizations, and untangling the coverage questions that can otherwise stand between a child and the start of therapy. If you've ever gotten a clear answer to a billing question on the first try, Suzanna was probably behind it.

As Quality Control Specialist, she also reviews the documentation and processes that keep the clinic accurate and consistent. Over three and a half years she's become the person our team goes to when something needs a second set of eyes.
